Была аналогичная проблема на Вин 7 проф. Решил не выдумывать колесо после долгих стараний исправить и поставил Инжект. Теперь нет беды - только счастье :)

Я так понял он патчит конретно клиент? Может кто выложит уже пропатченый клиент?

Неа. На сколько я знаю, нету FPS патча, который патчит клиент. Они все патчат процесс.
