Collect 60 regular mounts that give rider a bonus, the amount (SUM:) of bonuses must be strictly in a row (like: 25,26,27,28,29,30...)
Attention! : counts only the sum of bonuses, not each stat seperate!
When you will collect 60 mounts with their sum stats in a row , you will be able to exchange them on Alchemyst Recipe: Shrink using .shrinkquest command.
p.s. Mounts must be in your backpack, or in bag which is located in your backpack.

How can you collect them in your backpack if you can't shrink them?

You should buy shrinks on the market.
