It is allowed to send messages about: 1) Troubles with accounts/passwords. 2) Server bugs/malfunctions, bugs where players can benefit and cheat. 3) Questions about donations. 4) Suggestions on helping our shard, requests to join the staff. 5) About returning corpse to the bank( not too often). 6) Requests about joining Premium Members Club. 7) Complaints about other staff members. It's not allowed to send PM's about following topics: 1) Questions(except for those mentioned above), there is a special Questions branch on the forum for them. 2) About server bugs which won't describe the precise algorithm to achieve the bug. You have a specia branch on the forum to repor unknown bugs/malfunctions. 3) Complaints about other players, breaking the forum rules. 4) About useless information, also things like suggestions on *new items in-game*, complaints about personal life etc. 5) If Wap hasn't answered to your PM, it's forbidded to type the same PM again for the next 3 days. Punishment for violating of rules: 1) Ignoring of your PM's. 2) Forum account block from 3 up to 7 days. |
