Attention! Rules are just an advisory, the administration is not obliged to adhere to them fully, unless we considers it necessary.

Following thins are forbidden on our forums:
1.1) Lack of respect to the administration and the project itself, public debates about decisions of the administration, public discussion of the actions of moderators.
1.2) Advertising. In particular - advertising other Ultima Online projects.
1.3) Insulting other forums users.
1.4) Unreasonable mentioning about other user's nationalities. Inciting ethnic hatred.
1.5) Obscene language without vulgarity and insults can be used if the root word is completely replaced with asterisks .
1.6) Offtopic or unrelated messages.
1.7) Writing messages and topic headlines with Caps Lock on(in capital letters).
1.8) Writing messages in other than following languages: English, Russian, Latvian. Sections English and Latviešu are for appropriate languages. You can write in English and Latvian in the Russian forums (it's not recommended though).
1.9) Unreasonable writing of several posts in a row. You can edit messages with an "Edit" button.
1.10) Duplicating posts / threads in different topics / sections.
1.11) Publishing of information / scripts which lead to violations of the server rules.
1.12) Compulsively writing complaints and negative posts. You can complain or or criticize, but this should not happen all the time.
1.13) apparent sabotage, "trolling", placing unpleasant pictures, links to viruses, etc.
1.14) Placement of information which violates the law of the Russian Federation.
1.15) Registering of additional forums accounts, unless you can not recover the password and your previous forum account is not locked.

Topics:
2.1) Should be placed in the appropriate section.
2.2) Topic title should be informative. Do not create titles like: "Stupid fail", "What is this shit?", "THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!! Maybe just for me?".
2.3) It is not allowed to write nicknames of the administration in the topic titles.

User names and avatars:
3.1) Should not include nicknames of the administration/administration avatars.
3.2) Does not contain insults to people or groups of people, as well as foul language.
3.3) May not be related to pornography.

Signatures:
4.1) Must comply with the general rules of paragraph 1.
4.2) It is forbidden to abuse images and emoticons and pictures of large size.


In case of violation of the rules forum administration may take the following steps:
1) Elimination of the violation, includes deleting threads / posts.
2) Verbally warn the user.
3) Give the user a warning.
4) Remove the signature / avatar.
5) Temporarily block the user and / or IP address on the forum.
6) Permanently block the user and / or IP address on the forum.
7) Deletes the user off the forum.
8) Locks or permanently deletes user accounts in-game. This measure can be used in exceptional cases, it can be applied in the case of administration abuse, promotion of other projects, bypassing the ban by re-registering or outright sabotage to the forum / project.
